Friedel-Crafts 酰基化反应2019-02-17

    芳烃与酰基化试剂如酰卤、酸酐、羧酸、烯酮等在Lewis酸(通常用无水三氯化铝)催化下发生酰基化反应,得到芳香酮:

这是制备芳香酮类最重要的方法之一,在酰基化中不发生烃基的重排。
