生产方法
下通入干燥的一甲胺气体,反应1.5-2h后,溶液逐渐澄清,继续在50℃保持2h,得葡萄糖缩甲胺溶液。再将其加入高压釜中,在雷氏镍存在下,通氢加压至2.5MPa,在80-85℃搅拌1-2h。然后经冷却泄压后出料,将上层葡甲胺乙醇溶液冷却结晶,过滤,得葡甲胺粗品,再经精制而得成品。
用途
本品在药剂中用作助溶剂，其能与一些药物生成盐而增加药物的溶解性，也可作为造影剂的助溶剂及表面活性剂。
