生产方法

1.将对硝基肉桂腈、浓盐酸和水一起加热回流8h,静置过夜。滤出沉淀物,溶于热30%氢氧化钠溶液中,滤除不溶物,滤液用50%硫酸酸化析出沉啶,过滤得粗品,用乙醇重结晶,得对硝基肉桂酸。
2.制法: 于装有搅拌器、回流冷凝器的反应瓶中,加入对硝基肉桂腈
(2)20g(0.12mol),300mL浓盐酸和150mL水,搅拌下加热回流反应8h。回流过程中沉淀的盐酸逐渐变为灰色。反应完后室温放置过夜。抽滤。将固体物溶于热的氢氧化钠溶液中,滤去不溶物,再用盐酸调至对刚果红试纸呈酸性。冷却后抽滤,得灰白色固体。用约100mL乙醇重结晶,得对硝基肉桂酸…
