可用六水哌嗪先与对硝基氯苯缩合,生成1-(4-硝基苯基)哌嗪,然后与乙酸酐反应得到1-乙酰基-4-(4-硝基苯基)哌嗪,将后者经硝基还原、重氮化、水解后制得该品。
用途
酮康唑的中间体。
