合成路线如下：

1-(2-hydroxyphenyl)ethan-1-one (50 mmol) was added to a solution of the 4-(di-p-tolylamino)benzaldehyde (50 mmol) in ethanol (100 mL), then 30 mL of aqueous KOH (400 mmol) solution was added slowly. The mixture was refluxed at 80 °C for 12 h. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure, and the residue was further purified by column chromatography (SiO₂, DCM/MeOH, 50:1~20:1, V/V) to give dark red solid, yield = 45%. ¹H NMR (d₆-DMSO, 600 MHz): δ = 12.80 (s, 1H, −OH), 8.21 (d, 1H, J = 7.8 Hz), 7.79 (m, 2H), 7.74 (d, 2H, J = 7.8 Hz), 7.55 (t, 1H), 7.19 (d, 4H, J = 7.8 Hz), 7.03 (d, 4H, J = 6.5 Hz), 6.98 (t, 2H), 6.83 (d, 2H, J = 7.8 Hz), 2.29 (s, 6H). ¹³C NMR (d₆-DMSO, 150 MHz): d = 193.37, 162.08, 150.46, 145.188, 143.56, 136.12, 134.08, 130.89, 130.58, 130.39, 126.25, 125.78, 120.67, 119.11, 119.05, 117.85, 117.78, 20.55.
